This multifunctional straw kneading and crushing integrated machine is professionally developed for the deep processing of agricultural crop stalks and forage grass. It integrates feeding, high-speed crushing, fiber kneading, filament softening and long-distance air-blowing discharging into one complete processing workflow. The machine can process both dry and high-moisture fresh corn stalk, wheat straw, rice straw, sorghum stalk, alfalfa, pasture and other livestock raw forage materials. After kneading treatment, rigid crop stalks are turned into soft silky forage with a fiberizing rate up to 90% and above, greatly improving the palatability of feed for ruminants such as cattle, sheep and goats, reducing feed leftover and waste, and boosting the digestion and nutrient absorption rate of livestock. With a stable hourly output of 8 tons, adjustable finished material length, movable wheel structure and 6-meter remote blowing delivery function, this machine is widely adopted in large-scale breeding farms, commercial silage processing plants, agricultural waste recycling bases and medium-sized feed production enterprises. 4. Flexible Mobile & Labor-Saving Discharge Design

Four universal moving wheels are installed at the bottom of the whole unit, allowing free movement in farmland, breeding area and processing workshop without fixed cement foundation. The built-in high-pressure fan realizes 6-meter horizontal long-distance material blowing, directly conveying finished forage to silage pits, storage sheds or transport vehicles, cutting manual carrying cost drastically. 
5. Multi-Gear Adjustable Finished Material Size 
Replaceable standard screens with different apertures support stepless adjustment of finished forage length from 10mm to 120mm. Customers can switch fine feed for young livestock and coarse long fiber feed for adult cattle and sheep according to breeding demands, with strong adaptability to diversified feeding requirements.
